Anonomus

by X bethany x

He walks past me as if I'm a ghost
i could touch him he's so close
his eyes so blues like his mother
I'm a stranger to my son, like any other

his mother looks at me then looks away
the pain to dear to sit and stay
walks to her husband, the one she'll keep
my little boy, a single tear runs down my cheek

he's a normal kid, i should be happy
but the last time i saw him he was just a baby
i watch him play with all his friends
now he's gone, my world ends

you're eating on the table next to me
with your new and improved family
you're making daddy proud
lovely kid not too quiet not too loud

i never watched you grow up
watched you leave your bottle for a cup
never taught you to ride a bike
all the other things i would of liked

i watch him from the outside
the man that used to hide
maybe one day you'll see
that that man was your farther, yes, me

all i want is to hold you in my arms
but i can understand it will cause you more harm
so i sit and watch you, reflect on what I've become
whisper to you..... i love you my missing son!!!
