You frowned and looked so sad
my heart bled for him one last time
remember that night you said
i was the one you forced a smiled

not anymore seems i know
now what you have done
i said i was sorry i never meant to hurt you
you smiled and said to late know the damage is done

i cried everynight realizing
what i had just done
gave up on love all for a little fun
you did say that this was it

i never believed you
never thought i would see the day
that you would walk out and leave me
believe me if i could turn back the time

i would and make it all right
but deep in my heart i know your right
never again will it be the same
your words run true my mind all the time

i know your right i was wrong
how can i be so stupid you were all i ever needed
i had been blind not to see it at the time
and my silly mistake caused you so much pain

and deep inside you cant see
how much i am so sorry
a bit of fun thats all i thought it would be
in the end it back lashed on me
