Nan, I miss you.
Where did you go?
There's so much I wanted to tell you;
So much that you don't know.

I don't know why you went away,
But I'd care to understand.
Maybe you should come back to me,
And be my guiding hand.

I've cried so many tears for you,
I can't cry anymore.
I always wake up wishing,
Hoping you walked through my door.

So much has changed,
I hope you know.
I don't know why I'm writing this;
But I can't seem to let go.

Ilythia's turning four soon;
Liam just turned three.
Hannah and Jayne will soon turn two;
Them, I hope that you can see.

They all resemble you in ways,
I don't know them myself.
Maybe it's their cheekiness;
Or them just being their ownself.

There's so much you've missed out on,
So much I can't explain.
So maybe I will tell you,
When we meet again.
