Why did you have to leave? Your grades were good.

Who am I meant to talk to, when you're so faraway?
All the girls are fun, but there are things I just can't say.
You are my best friend, but we barely keep contact.
Friends who part, lose contact and that's a fact!
The truth is painful and I'm trying to avoid it.
I've been through it many times, I hate to admit.
Distance doens't help the situation.
