I loved this one ,what a brilliant write to some up the unsung heros of our lifes that being our dads.I wouldn't have come this far and coped with many events in my life if it weren't for my dad.

That is beautiful! People don't realize what a step father is. I have one as well...he's more than my father EVER was. I know my father but he was never there for me...My dad is the best....this poem is heart wrenching because I know what it is...exactly!! Nice write!

My father isn't really like this, he's very mean to me, but I have a great step father to make up for my loss, and some of this describes him.

I love this.... My step-dad is my best friend... some may not understand that, but he means the world to me... I grew up Daddy's little girl.. ;]

Wow this is a great poem. my biological dad did the same thing w/my 4 older siblings they weren't his kids his name wasnt' on the birth certificate but he's the one who gave them away, he's the one they call daddy

Aww!! thats sooo sweet and cute and i love it!! i feel exactly the same way with my dad...even though i dont see him very often...i love him so much..thers just something about dads to their little gurls.....they really are our heros...he's my knight and shinging armor :)
