Families are not just connected by blood or birth
for there are many others who are of worth.
I especially agree with that line right there....it might just be my age, but right now I hold my friends closer to me than family. that line just seems to ring true to me in my heart.
the rest of the poem was pretty good, and you kept up the rhyme scheme pretty well.
keep it up, I'm keeping on eye on you

Honestly, it was a good poem.
But, I hated the rhyme.
I've recently tried unrhyming poetry, and it rules.
I think you could pull it off, because the rhyme seems forced, very forced in this poem.

Amazing, again you are very creative writer and all of these poems you have wrote are very true, this one is very true. Family is amazing and no matter what like you said they will be there for you through thick and then and thats the best thing in the world.
